Q1: What menu options do you offer, and can we customize our menu?
A: You can check some menu options at our website at Click Here. We normally do not customize whole menus but can make an exception for an item here and there for an extra cost.
Q2: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests?
A: Yes, we accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences such as vegetarian or vegan options, depending on the menu. Dangerous allergies need to be disclosed. We also have a kids' menu with simple options.
Q3: How is the food served: buffet, plated, or family-style?
A: We can do buffet, plated, family-style, or combinations like family-style salad with buffet or plated salad with family-style service.
Q4: What is included in your wedding catering package?
A: Our package is customizable, but the most common combo is 2 appetizers, salad, 2 entrees, and 2 sides. Desserts are only provided for special requests or small weddings. We bring all necessary serving items for the chosen service style.
Q5: Can we schedule a tasting, and is it complimentary?
A: Tastings are available after an initial meeting and estimate review. They are conducted like a private chef experience, costing $25 per person (couple included) + plus groceries. The Wedding couple can bring up to 4 people, drinks, and enjoy the tasting together.
Q6: How much staff will be provided, and what do they handle?
A: The amount of staff varies based on service style. Kitchen Staff prepares the food, and Front of House Staff attends to guests. Some venues may require extra staff for setup and breakdown, which clients need to confirm with their venue.

Q8: What is your policy on deposits, payment schedules, and refunds?
A: A $250 non-refundable 'Save the Date' deposit is required, followed by a 20% deposit after the tasting. Final payment is due one week prior to the event. We allow a 10% reduction and pack any excess food for the couple to enjoy later.
Q9: Are there additional fees we should be aware of (e.g., travel, service, gratuity)?
A: We charge $50 for the first 24 miles and $2.50 per mile after that (round trip). Kitchen operation fees and a 10% gratuity fee are included in the estimate, with no hidden charges.
Q10: How far in advance should we book your services?
A: We recommend booking one year in advance. Bookings within one or two months are possible if available. Tastings are only available during the low season (November to May).
Q11: Can you work with our venue, and do you handle setup and cleanup?
A: Yes, we can work with any venue that welcomes us. Our Front of House Staff can handle setup and cleanup for an extra cost, separate from catering services.
Q12: What happens if there’s a last-minute change or cancellation?
A: We accommodate changes up to a week prior to the event but cannot guarantee changes within the week. Cancellations 15 days before the event require 70% payment; cancellations within 15 days require full payment. Food will be prepared and delivered to a designated location.
Q13: Do you provide plates, utensils, and other dining essentials?
A: We do not provide utensils or plates; these need to be rented. However, we provide all necessary serving items for delivering food, including appetizer platters, buffet platters, and family-style platters.

A: Yes, we offer a kids' menu with simple options like pizza, chicken tenders, and fries. Clients need to inform us if children will be present. One menu is provided for all children.

A: We provide meals for specific dietary needs like gluten-free or vegan. However, many guests may not adhere to special diets at weddings. We advise clients to ensure guests are committed to their requests.

A: We do not provide desserts or wedding cakes, leaving those to specialized professionals. Some exceptions are made depending on the request and complexity of the dessert and event.
