WHAT IS INCLUDED

In our Rehearsal Dinner services we offer a creative & fun variety of menus and adventures for you and your guests.

Whether we set everything in one place for guests to come, pick-and -choose, or you want to hire a server to pass the food around your guests, it is all possible.

Groups: This is for for groups that are 50 or less.

Our Cuisine: Stretches from Southern European, to latin and American. We call our concept “Creative Fusion Cuisine”; where we bring flavors and textures from all over the world into our cooking.

Our Menus: Are seasonal. We love the idea that every event is a unique experience and for this we have our seasonal menus. If you wish to take it to another level, we can personalize each menu to your palate for an extra cost.

Logistics: We will cook most of our meals in our commercial kitchen and we find it ideal to have the opportunity to finish and assemble as much as we can in your wedding venue location. We will bring all our our tools and utensils so we can make the best we can always guarantees freshness, quality, and a welcoming feeling for your guests & family

Includes: Grocery shopping, cooking, set up and clean up.

Save the Date: We will reserve the dates for your event for a Non-refundable initial deposit of 25% of the estimate, whichever is higher.

Extra: If you need extra equipment, such as tables, linens, chairs, silverware, ovens, etc, and or personnel, such as waiters, servers, bartenders, etc. Let us know we can point to the right direction.
